[link]My friend Andy used to tell bedtime stories to his two boys when they were real little. How the boys were superheroes and fought to save their township from the clutches of evil. Actually, it was a give and take where the boys came up with much of the stories. Since then the boys have aged some years and the two girls came along and ended up a part of the universe that was created. After awhile Andy started recording the bedtime stories onto tape and even later decided to start transcribing the bedtime adventures to print. The Adventures of Raceboy and Super Qwok is the result. For a few years I have done a few drawings here and there of the kids as their respective alter egos so such I became the illustrator for the book.
Amazon and Barnes already show the book as available and the epub versions will be up shortly. We do not pretend to believe we are going to win any awards or even sell more then a few copies. Andy is self publishing the book and has learned the whole nine yards from the ground up. If nothings else, maybe Andy can earn some of his money back to try to break even. Really, in the end, it comes down to the kids having something they can treasure from their childhood.
So, I hope to see some more of your works. (I especially loved the sudden action comic strip parts.)
