4th Doctor bust colored

This is from that older Tom Baker sketch I did last year. It has been a few months since I played around with digital coloring so I am using this as practice. At work we have a PC set up with a Wacom and Adobe Photoshop Elements. So that is what I used to ink and color the sketch. That way I can bring the full layered file for work and use it as part of the demo to show off Adobe and Wacom.
